Well, a lot.
They are the most able emotional healers I’ve ever met and working together with them is simply an honour.
I still find it hard to wrap my head around how they do what they do; they just simply seem to know what to bring to the surface by interacting with you in a specific way.
Maybe they get really close and overstep a boundary; that’s a theme that you might be facing in your life as well: setting boundaries and taking up personal space.
Or perhaps they completely ignore you and your childhood wound of feeling unseen is brought to the light.
Another scenario could be that they all surround you and shower you with love and affection; showing you to be there for yourself and that you’re not alone on this journey called life.
I couldn’t tell you what was going to happen in your session if you asked me; it’s different every time.
They pick up your vibration, your state of being and mirror that back to you. They are incredibly pure and cannot be fooled by a fake smile or very extraverted behaviour while you’re actually very sad and want to hide under a rock.
They see right through you and allow you to show your naked self since they have no judgment whatsover. They just want to see YOU, the real you. Not the social construct, not the mask, not the persona; your raw, vulnerable, pure Self.
And when you meet her, there will be a deep sense of recognition, of homecoming, of relief. You can finally be yourself and be fine just the way you are.
Your nervous system will let out a sigh of relief and so will you. Your whole body language will automatically change and the cleansing tears will have washed away any tension your body was still holding onto.
A new era has started; the time where you allow yourself to live life your way and live in alignment with your true self.
Now, wouldn’t that be something?
